Nikki Shields is a registered nurse with over 20 years of experience caring for surgical patients across the full continuum of care. Licensed in Tennessee with multi-state privileges, she has built her career across private home health, Medicare home health, community hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and private clinics—bringing a calm, detail-driven approach to every client she serves.

Throughout her career, Nikki has developed specialized expertise in perioperative and recovery care, including roles in pre-op, the operating room, and post-anesthesia recovery.

Much of her background is rooted in the recovery setting, which makes her uniquely qualified to support clients during the most important window after surgery—when comfort, monitoring, and timely clinical judgment matter most.

Her experience spans a wide range of specialties, including cosmetic surgery, orthopedics, pain management, urology, and more.

Outside of nursing, Nikki is a devoted partner and proud mother. New to Tennessee and originally from Florida’s central west coast, she loves building community and exploring everything the region has to offer.

She finds joy in family, faith, fitness, and whole-body wellness—and enjoys traveling, trying new experiences, and spending long weekends discovering Tennessee’s scenic backroads and wineries.
