Meet your Nurse
Hello, my name is Nikki Shields, RN, and I’m the founder of Elite Wellness Concierge—a private, concierge nursing service designed to help clients recover from surgery safely and comfortably without complications, and to help older adults stay stable, independent, and out of the ER through proactive RN check-ins.
I’m a registered nurse with over 20 years of experience caring for surgical patients across the full continuum of care. Licensed in Tennessee with multi-state privileges, I’ve built my career in private home health, Medicare home health, community hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and private clinics—bringing a calm, detail-driven approach to every client I serve. Throughout my career, I’ve developed specialized expertise in perioperative and recovery care, including roles in pre-op, the operating room, and post-anesthesia recovery. Much of my background is rooted in the recovery setting, which uniquely qualifies me to support clients during the most important window after surgery—when comfort, monitoring, and timely clinical judgment matter most. My experience spans a wide range of specialties, including cosmetic surgery, orthopedics, pain management, urology, and more. At Elite Wellness Concierge, I combine a warm, reassuring bedside presence with clinical precision and high standards. My focus is simple: protect privacy, prioritize safety and comfort, and deliver an elevated, personalized care experience—so you can heal well, stay well, and feel truly supported.
